Default Adobe Premiere and Sony DSC S75 mpeg movies

Hi, I have a Sony S75 which I seem to use much more for the mpeg movie function than actually taking photos. It spits out mpeg 2s at a pretty decent quality, but only for 15 seconds, which is enough to get a trick or so in on my board. I have recently been messing around making bigger movies with lots of clips strung together and adding sound, and I love the result.
The problem is though that I cannot seem to get Premier to output the same format as the camera, what, ideally, I would like to be able to do is to re-upload the movies to the camera so I can show them to some friends without the need for a PC or video recorder - just plug the camera into the TV and go, or even watch it on the LCD. I have tried to look at the settings it shows as in Premiere (6.5) but I cannot seem to replicate it as it will not play on the camera.
I have a selection of movies at http://www.evilc.com/html/mb
all the ones listed as "HQ mpeg" are exactly as they come out the camera, and the 26 MB VCD (mpeg) one is the edited and re-comressed one.
If anyone knows what settings to use in Premiere to get exactly the same, I would be most appreciative.
thanks
