I read a blurb on the Luminous Landscape about DxO's new Raw image converter and the Optics Pro software (which is supposed to autocorrect sharpness, vignetting, pincushion, etc). And for the Dig Reb, it's pretty cheap -- $34. Has anyone used this software yet? Is it worth it? Is it easy?

In a more general question, is there a great advantage to using a third-party RAW processing software? I'm using a Dig Rebel with PS 6 on a Mac (so no Camera Raw setting in PS... I'm either using the Canon software or a shareware program called Graphic Converter to process Raw images).

thanks in advance,
