How can I get two photos on to one sheet with Photoshop elements. I just want to save on photo paper. My size photos are 4x6.I only have 8 1/2 by 11 sheets. (Red river Paper)

You seem to be conserving words like you are writing a telegram. Without knowing anything about your printer I'll just tell you how I would do it in Photoshop for 4 X 6 prints.

I would open a new file – 300PPI, RGB, 8.5 X 11 inches and white background.

I would open the images I wanted one at a time and set the crop tool to 4 X 6 and 300 PPI. Then I would drag the images into the new file with "Snap" checked so they would snap to the corners.

I would put 3 on a sheet with them in the corners so I had only two sides to trim on each. Then I would take the image to my printer software so I could print it borderless.

If you have a printer that doesn't print borderless you would have to add grids to the new file based on how large your minimum border is. Or you could just make the new file smaller by that amount.
