When I view a jpg on my monitor using Image Zone Express, the pic is clear and sharp but when I view the same pic with Image Zone 4 the pic has these slight jagged edges/outline in the pic. The jagged edges are not a representation of the image because they are not there when I eventually print the pic. Is this a resolution problem? But there is no options in the software to adjust picture resolution/clarity. Do some viewers display pics on monitors better than others?

Without being an expert on the subject, I think the reason why you get these jagged edges is because of the zoom quality. If the image is not shown in its proper dimensions, some software will zoom out on the image to fit it either to the screen or work area, which can result in jagged edges.
