how do you put your pictures in frames like these

Any photo editor will let you do that. I'll move this thread down to the forum that will probably give you more detailed answers.

What photo editor are you using? If you have Photoshop there are dozens of free framing actions and scripts you can download. I haven't looked for Paint Shop Pro and others, but there are probably downloads for them.

If you don't have a major image editor a free program like this would do the job. This is just the first I ran across on a search: http://www.dirfile.com/framing_station.htm
