I have an FZ-20 too and the main thing to check for any flash you want to use with that camera is its trigger voltage because the FZ-20 can handle up to a maximum of 24 volts. Using a higher trigger voltage than that may fry the camera. There is a list of trigger voltages for many flash models here: http://www.botzilla.com/photo/strobeVolts.html. I have never heard of a TRON or FLASH TRON flash and could not find it on that list. Perhaps it goes by another name?

Alot of FZ users have purchased one of the Sunpak 383/422/433 models because they have good power, are relatively cheap (I gotmy 422 on eBay for $37 shipped), tilt and swivel, and have acceptable trigger voltages of around 6 volts.

Congratulations on being Brazilian! Someday I'm going to Rio.

It seems some digital cameras can only tolerate 5~6V (as in replies from the officials) despite the ISO 10330 specification said 'no more than 24V'.

Has anyone ever asked the Panasonic in this issue?

In panasonic fz-20 english manual in page 82 says:
"If using other external flash units, please make sure the flash is designed for use with a digital camera and the trigger voltage is based on ISO 10330 (less than 24 volts)."

I presume that all flashes less than 24 volts triggervoltage are compatible with fz20 atleast.
