Default Cactus AF45 Flash - Anyone used this?

I am looking to start using some remote flashes for indoor photography, though who knows where else I may decide to use the remote flash idea.
Anyhow, I have recently heard about the Cactus AF45 flash, which seems to have fairly respectable specifications, is wireless, and is very reasonably priced.

I shoot with a Panasonic FZ-50 and was going to purchase two of the FL-36R flashes, but there seems to be some compatibility issues with the FL-36R (over the previous FL-36 which was not wireless) and the TTL function on the Panasonic, and the Cactus AF45 apparently works fine...

However I am very curious to know how the Cactus flash actually performs... Does anyone have any experience with this flash in various situations? Sample shots even? Thanks!
