Does anyone have any knowledge of where a decent, dependable off camera cord can be purchased? The Canon OC-E3 cord is plain & simple a piece if trash! I've gone through two & like many others have had the thing just break apart into pieces. Its cheap construction leaves alot to be desired. Given the fact these cords (or others for that fact) are not inexpensive, some manufaturer has got to have a better one available. I was preparing for a shoot, took the flash bracket in hand ro mount to my camera frame and before I could reach for the tightening screw, ot had come apart in pieces in my hand. So much for that cord!!! Why Canon lends their name to something so cheap and useless is mind boggling.

Why not go wireless?

-> The ST-E2 is costly, but by the time you you went through so many cords might as well get rid of them altogether...
