I have NikonD200 with SB800 flash.

I would like to take good pictures (I'm a beginner) at a Ballroom Dance event (indoor).

What are the best camera settings and flash settings. Keep in mind that dancers are moving, but not necessarily running. Also, the ballroom is fairly well lit, but the lighting is reddish.

In earlier event, some of my pictures turned out reddish, and some other ones were just fine.

Because this event is happening in 12 hours, I don't have time to go learn about TTL, whitebalance, etc. If you are an experienced photographer, PLEASE just provide the settings (on camera and flash), and I can try to learn later. Thanks very much.
