I am planning to get a new TTL flash for my Panasonic L1. I am considering the Metz 58 AF-1OP model.
Has any one try the 58 AF-1 series unit in any way? Your comments are very much appreciatd! |

I don't know if it helps but I have the 58 AF-1N version and it's just a great flash if you got to have that dual heads...

How does it compare to the Nikon SB600/800 flash? Why you pick the 58 AF-1N? |

I also shoot with Canon so when I do get a 58AF-1C, I will also have the same user interface - This device also has the "beep" feedback which my Canon's never had and it's upgradeable through USB |

I got my Metz 58 AF-1OP flash on the weekend. It works very well with my Panasonic L1. It is very easy to apply the fireware update to V2.
The two flash head feature is very neat. It works better than my old Nikon SB24. A very good flash. |
