Does anyone have any experience or opinion on this flash for a Rebel XT?

Well...no response. I went ahead and bought it locally today and WOW what a difference! Makes pictures indoors and out look SO much better. Very easy to use and fast shot to shot action. I am very pleased.

The ST is a detuned version of the Super:

It's basically the same flash but without theses additional features from the Super:
1. Wireless flash
2. High-Speed Sync
3. Rear curtain sync if your camera don't have it
4. Modeling light
-> if you never use theses options then for the reduced cost the ST is a bargain

I have no idea what 2, 3, and 4 even do. I am sure I made the correct choice now! :!:
