Default Nikon 4500 & speedlights

I was looking at buying the 4500.
I have a ? about external flashes.
Do the Nikon speed flashes mount on the 4500 or do they need a bracket?

Thanks.

You need a bracket and a AS-E990 cable. There are so many flash brackets built for the 9xx/4500, and the choice is all yours. The "External Flash" section of my 4500 user guide has all the answers.

Default As an alternative...

Another choice is the Rollbar at http://www.therollbar.com. It is a more serious bracket than the Nikon with lots more features. They also have a tiny little KISS bracket for carrying around. HTH. PatiO.
