I wanna get a slave flash for my little and cute camera (Lumix DMC LC50) Oviously I don´t wanna spend a lot of money. As always, before buing anything, I check the Steves digicams site. And I learnt about the flashes and the two pulse thing.I got luky because I was going to buy the QUANTARAY MS1 but I think it won´t work with my camera because of that "first pulse"

I saw a SUNPAK 018ST DIGITAL CAM FLASH that says that goes off 200 miliseconds after so it solves that stuff.

I´d like some help. If you realize I talked about $20 flash.

Thanks

Hi, sounds like your cuty is a digital compact. in that case as we Limeys say You are batting on a sticky wicket. There is not much you can do on a limited budget. I am attaching a gizmo I knocked up for this problem. It ignores the first flash then the slave on the second. It shows that it received two flash`s from your cutey. The top red button is to reset the count to zero

I sure worded that wrong, it should be ignores the first flash then FIRES the slave on the second flash. This model is powered from the mains,so it is a fixed model, hence the cable out of the rear.
