I have an olympus E-3 and a FL-50R. I'm wanting to purchase a flash bracket like a stroboframe. I'm confused as to how to make this work. Which hot shoe adaptor do I need, and will I be able to operate in automatic mode sometimes, or will I need to be strickly manual w/ the bracket?
As you can see I'm clue less on this topic, and any advice would be helpful.Thanks.

This camera and this flash are supposed to work wireless, isn't it?

Yes it does, but, I'm mounting it above the camera. It reads the sensor on the back of the flash.
