Okay, So I borrowed an old Vivitar 728AFPK external flash for my K200d. I was wondering If anyone knew how to set-up the flash for continues shooting. I've tried the manuals and Googling it but nothing has come up so far.

To enjoy continue shooting, simply set the flasf in manual mode, reduced power (1/8, 1/16, 1/32, etc ... ) and set speed and aperture accordingly

Hello,

One side note. If continuous shooting . . . I believe you should let the flash unit rest every so often.

In all the flash manuals I've read, there is a warning that after 15-20 shots, you should let the flash unit rest for X min?

Take care,
Glen
