Default D100 and Sunpak 333D

Can anyone tell me if they've had success using the Sunpak 333D strobe on their D100? I'm not interested in dttl operation, just wanting to know if the D100 will safely operate and trigger the strobe without being damaged by trigger voltages.

The trigger voltage on the 333D is about 2 or 3 VDC.

Thanks for any info.
