Default Flash Fetish

I always wanted to do this:

Canon top row: Sigma EF-500DG, 550EX, 580EX
Nikon middle: Metz 58AF-1, SB-900, wireless controllers: ST-E2 and HVLF20AM
Sony Bottom: Minolta 5600HS-D, and a pair of HVL-58AM

I agree since I've learned a long time ago that photography is all about lighting

... and when thoses guys are not sufficient I pull-out the bigger guns:

The Canon's/Sigma are triggered by the ST-E2
The Nikon/Metz are controlled by the D300 built-in flash set to Commander mode
and the Sony's/Minolta are set-off by HVLF20AM wirelessly (since my A900 does not have an internal flash):
