Default help Necessary with Flash , recommended flash

hi all ! hope you are fine

I need to buy external Flash for my Panasonic lumix DCM-FZ100 ?

any of this are good to buy

does your camera support TTL?

TTL metering
FP emission capable
Swivel head for free bounce lighting



So I want to choice one of them cuz it's not at high price

I think this is good

If the camera supports ttl, it would be better to get a ttl flash. And having a lcd helps when you want to make adjustments. I do not know about these brands. Do you know if it uses the same ttl as the panny m4/3, you can get higher grade flashes like metz and nissin or olympus, do not know much about these brands.

The upper flash appears to be the same as a Vivitar 383 which has models ttl compatable with most DSLRs..
