Hello,

I have a D70 and Id like to buy a flash for me.

Since I dont know anything about Guide Numbers, TTL, ITTL, ATTL, Im a little confused... Im a flash iliterate...

Which flash is compatible and which among those should I buy?

Im not looking for a state of the art thing, but a reasonable price/quality balance product...

Searching the net, I found Sunpaks for Nikon for a very good price... (dont know if its compatible)

I appreciate your help! Thanks!

The Nikon SB600 is a no brainer awesome flash. You almost can not take a bad shot with it. I took the below shot in very poor lighting at 1/500th of a second withthe 18-70mm lens. Every shot I took that night (over 200) the flash was right on.

Recycle time is fast, no need to worry about ANYTHING.

I have YET to take a poorly lit flash shot (unless a head gets in the way).
