Default Flash to keep up with drive mode

Oly c2100 uz

What do I need in order to have flash go as quick as Drive mode. Sorry for the complete no brainer..

You need a flash which offer a "winder mode" ; in fact , it's simply a reduced power manual mode. (You can also simply use the 1/4 or 1/16 power manual mode)
For example, the Metz 45CT-4 , in winder mode, can keep up a bit lower than 5 fps .
But , you have to make sure that your camera have the sync signal . My D7i does not have sync signal at the 7 fps mode .

From what I remember of Q=CV(squared). You're only likely to get high flash output at fast repetition, from a studio type mains powered flash, not from something powered by a few AA batts.
