Hi... I am using sunpak 383 with my fz20. I am shooting outdoors at night time. the results my images were all reddish in color. Please help me find the exact setting for this type of shooting. Tanx

By "at night", what do you mean? Close subjects, far subjects?

Typically, a reddish cast is caused by tungsten lighting using the wrong white balance.

What settings are you using for the camera? The flash light temperature will be close to daylight. So, using a Sunny or Flash White Balance setting normally works best.

But, if your camera settings allow more ambient light into the image (where the flash is not the primary light source because your shutter speeds are too slow and/or the flash is not set correctly so that it's supplying more light in the image), then you'll get a color cast because of it.

Are you shooting in manual exposure, with settings that don't allow much ambient light (fast enough shutter speeds and/or small enough aperture).

I'd post an example of what you're talking about.
