Fuji Finepix A303

Hi and a Happy New Year to all :lol:

I have two questions.
First, does anybody have this camera and
second, does anybody know why it has been on backorder at all reputable merchants?
I ordered it 12/20/02 and still waiting for delivery. Not that I am in too much of a hurry, this is going to be a take-along in my purse second camera but sure would like to get it.
