power2000 have low discharge now, at 2300. Not sure how good they are, but I suspect they are made at the same place the eneloops are made. they even have the same white cap.
But low discharge is the way to go, when all my regular ones final fail, I will go to all low discharge. http://www.jr.com/power-2000/pe/P2K_PC4AA/
