Hello Sprint,
These photo's were taken in jpeg, d-range priority mode, 100-400 iso limited. Fine setting. Little strange effect: the camera tends to overexpose. Corrected with minus 2/3 EV. All the other Fuji's I own have to be put on minus 1/3 EV. Only one point usm sharpening in Paintshop. Let the camera "get used to " these setting. Regards, guus |

Hello Sprint,
I don't know yet if the in camera sharpening on the HS20 is working nicely. I haven't tried it yet. It's a habit of mine to set the sharpness on neutral and sharpen later on in postprocessing. I think one can refine the sharpening a little better than the camera does, for instance two points of usm when zooming all the way to 126 mm. But maybe the insharpening of the HS20 takes care of this too. So far it's the best Fuji I own and I own a lot of them, except for the S9100. (S5600 S6500 S100fs S200exr HS10 HS20) Regards, guus |
