Hi,
Has anyone tried these cards out ? (ie 45x) - do they offer the same performance as the microdrives in terms of movie capture length ? thanks for any comments. Quyen. |

i have the transcend 1G 45x Cf type 1 card. no problem recording vga movies until the end of the card. oh, i should really rephrase that because i took something like 11 or 12 minutes continuous with no glitches. so, i assume 15 minutes will be okay.

i don't think brand matters for the high speed cards as long as it isn't an "off the wall" brand. i think snadisk, lexar, transcend, are
all reliable. ithink there were 1 or 2 others out there that were quite reliable. there is a website post here in a few places that tests and times various cf cards but, they are only tested in dslr cams not prosumers. i don't know the url ff hand. dennis |
