What is the best camera card to use for the Fuji S3 pro? xD or Compact Flash? Since we shoot in raw most of the time for portraits speed is a issue so what is better?

I don't find much difference but I think the xD the the faster of the two.

I have a Seagate 8GB compact flash that holds gobs of information and is fast enough for me. I would imagine that shooting inRAW eats up a lot of space on any card, but having room for a couple hundred RAWS on the 8gigger is fine with me.:|
