Fuji S3 Pro - SanDisk Ultra II 4GB - card read error

This document may be damaged (the file may be truncated or incomplete). Continue?

Is anyone getting this same error? Every time I shoot I loose at least the first and last shot because of this error. If you look at the damaged file, the camera appears to combine two of the previous shots at the lower edge of the photo.

When I contacted SanDisk, their only suggestion was to format the card.
I formatted the card with it connected to the computer through a card reader using both the format through the drive letter and through disk management. I also tried formatting the card in the camera. None of these seemed to help.

I had to update the firmware to 2.18 before it would recognize the 4GB CF card and that has been done.

I also made sure I did not turn the camera off while it was recording or while the card was being accessed. Please help.....
