Default Fuji 602 Black Dots

On a few printed images with the setting at 3M fINE and printed at A4 size (10by8) I h ave noticed many small black dots or specks in parts of the image and is more evident when it is magnified. These specks are not over the whole image and are in different areas on other images.Fuji are saying it could be a sharpening issue in Photoshop that I use which does make them worse but they are still there in the original image.Others are saying it is a limitation of a 3M camera printing images at this size. Can someone help please?

Are these dots visible when magnified on a pc monitor? Were they present on a copy of the cam original file, before you did any editing?

Can you post an unprocessed pic on Pbase or somewhere, perhaps with a smaller zoomed portion equivalent in size to your 10X8? Make sure the EXIF data is there for others to see and help you. What hapens if you shoot pics of a white card or paper, zoomed to fill the frame?
