I really like the flower shot - nice colors. I think if you had used aperture priority and F8 rather than F2.8, you would have had a greater depth of field, and the whole flower would have been in focus. And if you could have stepped back and zoomed in a little, the background would have been a little more blurred.

Sorry, but the car shot doesn't look that good to me. The subject is underexposed and not all that sharp.

Do you have any pics of the same subject taken with both cameras?

PS.. On the 1st shot with the 6000 I had the color setting set to Chrom. On the 9100 it was not...

Overall I still think the s6000 is sharper and it may be due to the fact that it is not trying to cram so many pixels on the sensor or ther could be more to the 6th gen. sensor.. But in my findings If you can live without a few features the 6000 IMHO is a cleaner image.
