The bird I like the least is the most cooperative. I monkeyed with the background.

Thank you Flutelady! Happy to be here. I love all the photos everyone has posted. Very fun to see that I'm not the only one taking photos of 'things' -I do enough of the family and pets, but sometimes it great to get a shot of something you don't see everyday.

Here is a pic I got when we went to watch the daughter get her senior pictures done. She had some done at a local museum where she works and there are some friendly ducks there.

Bynx, the seagulls were facinating to me because we don't have them here... They must be pesky for the locals... LOL

Bynx,

Awesome photo, great variety of textures and great detail.

Hope you do not mind, I have an idea; What aboutadifferent color of frame?Perhaps a darker gray or a different color for contrast.

Your photo is really great, super work.

Thanks Flutelady. Good observation about the border. Its a work in progress. Im trying to make something attractive, unusual and unique. I will take your idea to heart when I work on the next one.

Ok this is the next one. How is this now?

Those are 4 leaves stuck to my balcony door and shot through. Each pic is a macro shot full size and not cropped. They were then assembled in Photoshop. Glad you like it.
