Thanks Sarah. I was a bad boy today and played with matches.

Bynx-

I really like the match photo. It is very effective.

BGL-

I really like your photo as well. You very nicely managed to capture the spirit of the moment. Nicely done!

Have a great day, every one!

Walking around in the bush today I found this little stream flowing into the larger creek. I couldnt believe how red the bottom was. This is a water colorized version of the original pic.

Bynx-

That is a nice, but rather startling technique. It looks like a $(US) 10,000,000 cleanup site. Here is my contribution for the day. It is still rainy and overcast, but perhaps a few spring flowers in the vivid mode.

Have a great day!

Hey all....hope you had a nice Easter....

OK....as promised, a side by side, or a top, below :lol:comparison.

This first shot (top one)was stock, no zoom. The second (bottom one) is with the wide angle, no zoom. Same view point, sitting on a tripod. You can see how it widens 360 the field, as the gate I was shooting over came into play, as well as it gives you a heck of a lot more sky too.

Don't know why I got all the noise didn't really pay attention to my setting, I just wanted to capture a comparison shot was all.....

What do you think?

I still have to do a comparison with the 2X lens too...
