how do i view pictures i have already taken on this camera? this is the most confusing camera i have ever had....very lost.

The switch under your zoom controls (W/T) is your record/playback switch. Up (red camera) is record. Down (green arrow pointing right) is playback.

when i click down it shows the same screen of everything im pointing at as if i never switched it down, nothing changes??? does it need to be on a different setting than auto on the dial?

Not that I'm aware of. It should work on Auto from what I can tell.

What happens when you press the DISP Mode button when you're in playback mode (record/play button down)?

Most cameras cycle through available display modes that way.

It still doesnt work, if i press back in the play mode, it goes to a grid on the lcd screen,than back to normal, than if i press back once more, the screen turns black, then if i press is again it goes back to normal. it wont show me the pictures i have taken? :S

Did you not get a manual with your camera? Fuji puts out a very comprehensive one with every camera. If you have bought the camera 'hot' then you can get a manual online from the Fuji site. Being able to view your pics is one of the first things they mention.

its a pdf file and it wont open?? does anyne know where to get an owners manual??
