Default Memory compatibility question for the S7000!!!

hey ther everybody.
the S7000 review by fuji says that it uses xD memory and is microdrive compatible as well.
does this mean that we can use CF cards in the microdrive slot as well or is strictly for microdrives??

i know its an idiot question, but please bear with me.
thanks.

Hi,
Just 'like' the S602, the 7000 has 2 slots - one for xD, one for CF2 (which is the same size as MD).

You can thus have both xD and MD/1 GB CF card loaded at the same time...you'll have to choose where photos are stored via the menu.

1 GB CF cards are better - cheaper, more reliable and use less power. Just make sure you get min 30x speed rating one.

I think it's done throught the "setup" menu.

Hope this helps.
