Default First shots from the F70EXR

These are from the vantage point I normally shoot from. *I just popped the Fujifilm F70EXR into Auto EXR mode and snapped a few off handheld at 10x zoom. *While not DSLR quality, they ain't bad. *It's not meant for this type of shooting and that's really not what I got it for but it didn't do too badly. They're cropped about 45% and sharpened just a wee tad.

This is more what I had in mind for the F70EXR. Decent snaps from around the house or someplace where a bigger camera just ain't right to bring in. *All handheld.

The next two were racked out

You'll see how far I am from this bat house in the next image

Hi there, Gary-

It looks like you are off to a nice beginning with the Fuji F-70EXR. Well done!

Have a great weekend.

Thanks, Sarah Joyce, but I was just playing around. Wasn't really "trying" for anything impressive (pretty obvious ). Still... it *is* an impressive compact.

Congrats Gary.

When you have time, get off of the auto-exr mode and set up your custom settings for P mode and for EXR DR mode. you will be even more impressed

Thanks, Dustin. I'm just getting the feel for everything right now. I just read I can go fully Manual! Kewl!
