I really like it. But I am a little worried about the time it takes the camera to save the shot in the memory card. Raw, almost 10 seconds, could that be normal, or I got a bad camera, could it be fixed by a software update.

class 4 16gb 6 continous shots with raw takes about 4-6 seconds. this is raw plus jpeg on a s200exr. on an ordinary shot, it takes seconds up to 15 seconds form. Get yourself a high speed sd card..not a cheapo

Many on DPR seem to have fixed write time and focussing issues by resetting the camera, switching to Enloop or better NiMH batteries and also making sure the battery setting in the camera is set to NiMH. Hope that helps.
