Default Does the HS-10 do birds?

STOP IT! YOU'RE MAKING ME JEALOUS. I must not fall into this pit again. I mean, s200exr is my baby, maybe i can find him a new adoptive parents. BUt my monitor loves these shots. WHy do they look so...ohh good.

gjtoth, I don't care that they're downsized pictures, that there are no 100% crops, those are amazzzing pics for a P&S!

Thanks! I'm sure I made the right choice in selecting the HS-10 to replace my SP570UZ. It's a keeper.

There is a difference between showing quality and sharing a photo. If the photo is there for showing quality/sharpness/noise etc then it needs a 100% crop, if it is to show creativeness and the shooting environment etc then that's a different matter.

Forgot to add, it does look good...... wouldn't mind a 100% crop of the bird to see what happens when you stretch the legs of the camera

I understand, and I completely agree with your logic. Even these downsized pics show that they are nowhere near the quality of a DSLR.

But I have seen a lot of downsized pics before, and as far as downsized pics go, these are tops..
