Flight
I'm still learning the ins & outs of the HS-10 but I did figure out how to use the high-speed burst to my advantage and I think I'm liking it more and more. I've been trying to do this for a LONG time. Shot at ISO 400, 1/2500th, f5.6.

Very cool! I've been trying to catch my very active dogs (Setters), but just could not get anything usefull. I realized today that I should have high speed shooting on to reduce the focus time. Of course, the dogs were out of control today, so my wife gave them some Benadryl to calm them down.
Is there any reason not to use high speed shooting option? I had it turned off to conserve battery power, but I seem to be getting good battery life. PS - What FPS setting did you use? |

The 3rd one is great, love the action in the wings, blurred but has good details. Great shooting

You are making me want one, or get myself a ef 100-400 L lens, to get close to the 700+ range of the HS10 ;)

I have looked at it at BH once you started posting samples about 2 weeks ago. It is a really nice little camera.
