i don't believe most of these companies really care about our misfortunes, that's why they buy insurance.


and like title "retail sales". any word with "re" at the front couldn't have been done right the first time

ok here is the greatest news i have received this week.
as you all know i had to wait to get the camera back from ontario, and then send it to best buy to have them look at it for 2 weeks.+ -
it just so happened that when i took it back . the individual i spoke with to arrange this meet. he was one of the managers named herman,
decided that half way thru our conversation and preparation to have the camera sent off again.....herman said. dont bother ! and that i was just going to have to leave it with him and replace it with a new camera right then and there
blew my mind. considering all the horror stories i heard about bestbuy.

so instead of the same camera . i picked up the sony tx5... nice. some fun features. and it was brand new, with the stickers and all. (unopened box)
so i will try this out and see it it is a nice camera.
