Default Hs10

First off I know most of you are probably tired of reading about this camera, but I figured someone could help me out. I have read through all the threads on here about it, etc and impressed.
I have a Nikon P90 and was looking into getting the HS10 the first of the month.
The questions I have are;

Is this better than the P90?
I found it brand new for 375.00, good price?
Is this camera worth getting?
Cons and Pros?

I am looking for something better than my P90, which has to be a mega/super zoom. I dont really have time to deal with changing out lenses on a slr/dslr, nor do I have the money for extra lenses. I would just like some opinions on what every one thinks. I do shoot pretty much anything that catches my eye.
Thanks!!

Forgot to add, I havent even had my P90 for a year yet. The reason I want a new camera is my nikon has been acting up, by shutting off, on but not working, etc. I would really like to get a nice mega/super zoom that will last me awhile, takes great pics/vid and would be worth my money.
I was just looking at the FZ35 and now im kinda liking both of the cameras

I have HS10 and it works out very well.
The pictures are sharp, colors are bright and HD videos are stunning.

IMO - Try if you can get your hands at this one
