Default thoughts on how the F300 compares to the F70

i have the F70 EXR and was looking at the F300, has anyone done any comparisons on them? is the F300 worth the switch or upgrade?

Lin-

Most observers see the Fuji F300 more as a "follow-on" to the F70 EXR. However, if you look very closely, the F-300 is more a modernized version of the F-70. I own a F70 and I am passing on the F300. The F500 and F550 are a wholly different story. They will be Fuji's attempt to move the the EXR process further forward.

The F550 has GPS and several additional features that the F500 does not.
