Default Focal length conversion for HS20

My EXIF in Elements 9 shows a focal length of 126 mm. when I shot at 720mm (35mm equivalent).

Does this mean that whatever the EXIF indicates for focal length should be multiplied by 5.7 to get the 35mm equivalent?

Short answer is yes. I just round off to 6. Makes the arithmetic easier..
