Default Fuji Finepix 602

I'm planning to buy a Fuji 602 for its good image quality and competitive price. One option however, that comes with the Minolta Dimage 7i,is "solarisation" effect. Is it possible to make pictures with the 602 with similar colour effects?(I'am a newcomer in digital photography)

Default solarization

not sure if the cam has it...but this is a standard feature in most photo programs such as Adobe Photoshop. ANd then you have tons more of plugins with all kinds of effects you can create.

I generally don't use the effects features that cams have...i would rather have the full normal capture then use ta copy of that image to do whatever effects applications I need with Photoshop. much better quality, flexibility, and control.

No "solarization" effect in the S602. But even Paint Shop Pro can do it in post-production.
Note also that you can attach 55mm filters to the S602 to create effects without editing the picture in a photo software.
