Hi all. I just purchased a Fuji F700 camera which does not use standard batteries.I want to buy an extra battery so I can have a backup if the primary goes dead while shooting. The OEM battery is an NP-40 with 710 mah. Maxell makes an NP-40 which it says is for Casio, same specs except the mah is 1230. Can I use this in my Fuji with out causing damage? Thanks for your help.

The NP-40 for Casio does not fit in the Fuji as Casio is thicker.
