Has anyone had any experiecnce with these slide copiers?



I was looking at this one:

I think I solved my problem without spending a dime.

I borrowed a light table from work that we weren't using, and slapped my s7000 on a tripod,and using the macro mode, took nice 6mp pictures ofthe slides. Turned out pretty good too.

heres another. not bad for 50 year old slides with very minimal retouching (I don't have photoshop at work).

I have one of those slide copiers and could never get decent results from it. Your method with the light table is far better as well as cheaper.
