I'm curious if there is anything special I should be looking for when I shop for an External Flash for my S7000. I don't want to spend a ton of money on a flash if I can help it, my budget is limited as it is. I do a lot of different types of pictures, both indoors and outdoors, so I need something that is a little bit versatile.

Thanks!

Basically the limitations are ... it does not need be dedicated ... it has no TTL sensing ... the trigger voltage needs be less than 400 volts ... so just about any nondedicated flash made over the past 40 years ought work ...and some dedicated flashes work if they have a manual mode.

Try searching this site and on dpreview.com/Fuji Talk Forum.

good luck
