On the fuji f10, the rated flash is about 21 feet at the wide angle and about 12 feet at the telephoto. For those numbers to be reached, what ISO sensitivity has to be used? Also, what is the highest ISO sensitivity that the F10 will utilize when in auto mode?

I don't know the F10 specifics but as a general rule, a flash is rated using ISO 100.

The manual says that the stated flash range applies to auto mode. This is not entirely clear, but I think that means you'll only achieve that range in ISO 800.

I can tell you that ISO 800 seems to be the highest sensitivity the camera will select, except in "natural light" mode, which goes all the way to 1600. However, all my tests have been with flash disabled, so I can't say if enabling flash changes this behavior.
