I just bought the F10 yesterday, and it works great except for one problem. On my camera, after I take a picture, the LCD screen momentarly blacks-out. It normal picture taking screen returns in maybe 1 or two seconds, and the orange light is also blinking during the blackout. Sometimes, after I take a picture, the scrren goes to normal, then blacks out and then goes back to normal. Does anyone elses f10 do this? I called tech support, and they said that the camera was just recording the image, but why then does the screen go black for those few seconds?

On my F10, the LCD blanks very briefly. I haven't attempted to time it, but I think it's less than a full second. Probably a half-second or less. It lasts no longer than the shutter sound effect.

This is in "manual" mode, with "high speed shooting" enabled.

I read that the screen will go blank longer if your battery isn't fully charged and/or you used a full blast of flash (shooting flash with zoom in dark room). I've noticed my F10 showinga blank screen sometimes longer, sometimes shorter but I have tested what causes it yet.
