I live in the UK and work for Mastercare.

We have the S9500 in stock at Currys, Dixons and PCWorld.

I think Argos also have it now.

Cheapest in UK is from MX2.CO.UK at £449.99 inc Free Uk delivery.

Forgot who said no accessories yet, but there are accessories for the S9000 incl. wide angle or telephoto adapters:

Got it from mx2 for £450. I guess I was first on their list. Been taking shots of birds, the feathered kind, in my garden. Brilliant camera. At last FUJI haVE COME UP WITH GOODS. From my foray I'd say CANON, NIKON ETC are going to feel pretty sick when folks start buying this camera in droves. I for one have waited a long time for a DIGI-CAM such as ths.

Who in his right mind would go for a DSLR now. For me the 7000 was a great camera spoilt by excessive noise.

Hi Carlton,

Can you comment on some of the less than enthusiasticimpressions being expressed at http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/forum.asp?forum=1012? I'm hopingthat your still happy with yours as I'vehad my heart set on the camera ever since it was announced! I've always had a EVF/LCD display lag after pressing the shutter on my 5100 in any of the priority modes but not in Auto - it doesn't bug me as I assumed this was a normal data processinglag.

Would appreciate any further feed back you can give on your initial impressions.

Steve
