That cat is a beautiful cat, and the photo looks great to me as an amateur...would someone more critical tell me if anything is wrong with the photo, as it appears to me that the S9000 takes good pictures...

Thanks, Marsha7.

Yes, Angel, and his twin sister, Buffy, are quite beautiful. Unfortunately, they are very aware of it. They're both picture hounds. When they see a camera, it's hard to keep them out of the shot. I'm pleased with the out-of-the-box picture. I'll see how the others go tomorrow when I get to play with it for real.

hi guys and girls

i would like to ask for full size crops or full sized pics and not just heavily resized ones.
even the most simple camera can create great 640x480 photos.
i believe that the reason for this forum is to see the quality of fuji s9500 and not our photographic talent
try providing the resized pic and also a crop to see the full sized detail
here is one of my photos of greece (island amorgos)
above is the resized one and below the crop

ah sorry forgot to say thats its from my fuji e550
shot at 3MP

Great pictures of the Bengal, dijkx! I'm partial to furry critters of all kinds. But the Bengal is one of my favorites. Looks like you're really enjoying your camera.

I'm enjoying my camera more and more and I'm not afraid anymore to turn op the ISO value.
Till ISO 800 it gives you great pictures. Just don't view this high ISO ones full screen on your monitor but print them out.

by the way I put more photo's on the web (sorry for the adverts (no webspace anymore)) http://members.fortunecity.com/dijkx/zoo/

some of them in bigger format
