Does anyone know if the Transend compact flash 80 x card (12MB/sec) is working with the s9500 ?
The price for a 1 G card is only 66 Euro's. http://www.geheugen.nl/prodlijst.odb...=%5ETSFLASH%5E

according to the manufactors website, there is no information yet for the S9500.
Not a surprise since it's not out yet in many countries!

The shop had them for two days now and the shop owner told me there where only 200 delivered in the Netherlands.
By the way I bought a Sandisk ultra II CF card, because no one can tell if the Trancend 80 x is working ?

It's been out for about 2 and a half weeks here in Malta and I got my hands on one. While I am not a pro and so my opinion must be taken with a pinch of salt, I think it's one hell of a great camera and the photos taken with it are exeptional.

If you go to Fujifilm World-wide website at http://home.fujifilm.com/products/di...500/index.html

towards the bottom of the page there is a link which will open up a page with manufacturer's recommended storage media.

What I would like someone to answer for me if possible:

With the Lexar 80x 1GB & 2GB, why would it not be recommended for movie recording? With no such warning for the 4 GB.

Currently, I have 1 x 512MB xD card but I would like to get a 1GB CF card or xD? So far it seems that I may be able get better write speeds with CF cards. What does everyone recommend?
